1. In case a student is allowed to join provisionally subject to production of migration certificate or Eligibility certificate or Original DMC of the last exam passed, as the case may be, and if he/she fails to do so within the stipulated period, he/she will continue his/her studies at this college entirely at his/her own risk and responsibility. The Guru Nanak Dev university will impose fine if the eligibility certificate is not obtained latest by the due date. Admission of each student to this college is subject to his/her registration with the Guru Nanak Dev University/P.S.E.B.
2. The student selected for admission by the principal shall be required to deposit the college dues in full on the same day.
3. Preference will be given to students with first division while allowing admission to science and commerce classes subject to availability of seats.
4. Outstanding players, speakers, singers artists, dramatist and musicians may be given due weightage for the purpose of admission to various classes.
5. A scheduled caste/backward class student is required to attach with the admission form, a certificate to this effect from a competent authority in order to earn necessary concessions.
6. It may be clearly noted that admission of each student is provisional subject to registration with the Guru Nanak Dev university for degree and post-graduate classes and with the Punjab school education board for +1 and +2 classes.
7. To get a seat in the hostel, the student will apply on a separate admission form for hostel.
8. Foreign students must see the office supdt. before filling in their applications for admission, otherwise their admission, if granted, may be cancelled.
9. The principal reserves the right to grant or refuse admission to the college or hostel to any candidate without assigning any reason. The principal can even cancel the admission of any such student as has been admitted to the college without assigning any reason whatsoever and in that case the entire amount of dues paid by the student may be refunded to him/her.

Notes:

(1) Such students of this college as are placed under compartment in +2 of P.S.E.B. held in march, 2010 may apply to join the next higher class i.e. B.A. Part I provisionally, subject to the availability of seats. These students shall be required to clear the compartment in the supplementary examination in first attempt.
(2) Student who are placed under compartment in any examination of another board shall not apply even for provisional admission to the next higher class at this college.
(3) No student shall be admitted to any class even provisionally on production of confidential result card of a board.
(4) Those students whose result is declared late by the Punjab school education board may apply for admission within 10 days of the date of notification of the result provided seats are available in the next higher class.
(5) College dues once paid shall not be refunded/ readjusted.
