6 students of DAV College got selected in WIPRO

6 students of DAV College of commerce department got selected in WIPRO. Wipro Limited is the India's third largest IT company headquartered in Banglore. It was founded in 1966 by Aziz Premji. Today its income is around 350 billion rupees per and profit is about 70 billion rupees. This is a services company in information technology field.
This placement drive had 3 rounds. The first round was group discussion , second was online test, which was further divided into three parts including aptitude test, english language test and decision making. The last round was of personal interview in which personal as well as telephonic interview was included. After the last round 6 students were selected who got a package of three lakhs .
Students were really happy during this drive. They said that DAV College , Jalandhar has provided them a good platform to find a better career for them. Students said that when they started their education in DAV, they thought that after completing their degree , would they be able get a desired job . But after their admission , college not only provided them with excellent education , but also provided them a good platform for their career's and they all are grateful to the college.
Principal Dr. S. K. Arora appreciated the arrangements made by the placement cell . Principal Arora congratulated the students who got selected and said that CPC ( College Placement Cell) is doing a great job. Our students are regularly getting selected by various companies . This is very appreciable that students are getting a fair chance to show their talents through these placement drives.
Dean of College Placement Cell , Prof. Manav Aggarwal congratulated the successful students and said that college will provide all kinds of facilities to bring it's students at National and international levels. And we will do more arrangements in future for better future of students.
The students that were selected are :- 
Dilshad, Jasmeen Kaur Bhatiya, Mukul Daga, Shefalli, Prabhsharan kaur and Mehak.
